Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping.

We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 business days.

The Netherlands

EU countries
3-7 business days (€12,95)

Rest of the world
5-8 business days (€19,95)

How is my poster packaged?

We send our posters in rolls or cartons depending on it's size.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, you can track your package via your tracking ID that you can find in your order shipping conformation.

Can I return my order?

Yes, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase we will refund your payment or send you a new one.

How can I return my order?

Send us an email at info@dataprints.nl or contact us via our contact page and we will send you a return label.

Creating your data file

How do I upload my Spotify playlist?

It takes less than two minutes:

1. Create a Spotify playlist with 5 songs

2. Tap the 3 dots below the playlist name

3. Scroll down and tap “share”

4. Tap “copy link”

5. Paste the link on the page of the desired design

How do I export my Whatsapp file?

It takes less than two minutes:

1. Open the desired Whatsapp chat

2. Tap the name of the person

3. Scroll down and tap "Export chat"

4. From the pop up choose "Without media"

5. Save the file to your device

Can I preview the design?

After your purchase you will receive a digital preview via email within 24 hours. If you are not happy with the preview you can cancel your order up to 24 hours after receiving the preview. In that case we will fully refund your purchase.

Privacy & Security

What happens to my data after I upload it?

Your file is processed directly within your browser. Once your file is processed you will get an overview of the relevant data that is needed to create your print. After you have reviewed the data you can choose to submit the relevant data by completing your purchase.

This means that we never receive your chat. We cannot read or acces your chat history. Your chat file never leaves your device.

Depending on the design type we extract different data. For graph type designs we extract the amount of texts sent for each texted date. For word based designs we extract the top most texted words.

Is my data accesible to third parties?

Your data is not accessible to any third party. Your file is processed directly within your browser. This means your chat never leaves your device.

We will never sell or give acces to your data to any third party. We take data privacy and security very seriously. We will always treat your data with the utmost care.
